While people are social distancing due to COVID-19, many are turning to games and art for entertainment. One recent competition that my workplace indulged in was recreating works of art with household objects and ourselves as subjects. This past week, we all wrote Haikus. Here are mine below. Can you tell the air
is cleaner, they ask. But I
am wearing a mask.
It's as if all clocks
dumped their time in a river
and the river ran
The longer I standby
and stare off into the trees
